The ProtoMat H100 is a high-end PCB milling system offering maximum performance and an expanded working area for processing large printed circuit board applications. Its 100,000 rpm spindle and high accuracy ensure board geometries are milled with precision. This makes the H100 ideal for RF and microwave applications.

The system works straight from CAD data to process boards and is fully capable of milling, drilling, and routing applications of any kind. Standard features such as optical fiducial recognition , vacuum table, and non-contact depth limiter make the H100 a fully-loaded premier system for rapid PC board creation. 4 mil traces and spacing are common on a wide range of materials with drill holes as small as 6 mil; smaller features may be possible on select materials smaller features may be possible dependent on tooling, copper thickness, substrate type and peel strength.
