The pcb milling machine delivers significant reductions in the cnc production time of prototype PCBs. The maximum cnc machining speed is now doubled compared to prior top-of-the-line cnc systems, and can reach up to 4" per second. The integrated smart following-vector path generation allows the pcb milling machine to maintain a higher average speed. The combination of both of these features pushes the cnc performance factor of this pcb milling machine 2-3 times. Now, prototype production of multilayer circuit boards is accomplished in-house comfortably. The resolution of the H100 has been increased five-fold to 1µm. With its 100,000 rpm milling motor, the plotter can create 3 mil tracks with 4 mil spacing.
