Solder Masks and Plating
LPKF offers a variety of solutions for board finishing and coating of PCB prototypes, including solder masks and plating. For creating prototype PCB’s, liquid tin is recommended to create chemical tin plating that protects against corrosion and makes the circuit easily solderable. ProMask is an excellent cost effective solution for producing masked PCB’s. Need legend printing, LPKF’s ProLegend is an easy add on to the ProMask system.
